Pathway AMS provides agency workflow tools for client and case management, insurance illustration processing, calendar synchronization, mailbox correspondence history, and provider email send.

You are responsible for ensuring that users have authority to upload, process, sync, and store the information they enter into the service.

Users must keep credentials secure and use the service only for authorized business purposes. Agencies are responsible for managing workspace users and permissions.

You retain ownership of customer data submitted to Pathway AMS. We process customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Google and Microsoft integrations require user consent and may be revoked at any time. Integration availability depends on third-party provider APIs, policies, permissions, and tenant settings.

You may not use the service to violate law, access data without authorization, interfere with service operations, reverse engineer the service, or upload malicious content.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Pathway AMS does not replace professional review of insurance illustrations, client records, compliance obligations, or business decisions.
