Data Deletion Instructions
How to disconnect integrations and request deletion of Pathway AMS account, workspace, Google Calendar, and Gmail-derived data.
Disconnect Google Or Microsoft
Sign in to Pathway AMS, open Settings, then Integrations. Select Disconnect for the connected Google or Microsoft account.
Disconnecting removes stored OAuth tokens, disables local webhook records, and clears calendar and mailbox sync cursors for that integration.
Remove Google Account Access
You can also revoke access from your Google Account by opening Security, then Third-party apps and services, and removing Pathway AMS.
Request Account Or Workspace Deletion
Email datasciencetrek@gmail.com with the subject Pathway AMS data deletion. Include the workspace name, user email, and the data you want deleted.
We will verify the request before deleting account data, workspace data, integration metadata, synced correspondence, and related CRM records where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
Timing
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until backup rotation completes, unless longer retention is required by law.
